R32 Air Conditioning Removed It And A Problem!

hi

i removed my air conditioning from my r32 skyline. the radiator, pully and the alternater thing, i can still use my heater, but the air coming out of the fans is HOT! even on the lowest temperate setting (18) it is still damned hot.

any one can help on fixing this problem? i wouldnt mind if it was cold air coming out all the time.

Common problem with R32s, the dry solder joints go in the little box that controls the actuator rod behind the climate control unit (controls whether hot or cold air comes in), it either gets stuck in the last position, which in your case in the hot position.

put it on recirculate and see if its any different. used to work with my r33. I think it used to suck in the engine bay air or something when vented.

otherwise check the little valve thing on the heater hose is doing its job/still connected, and maybe even wire it shut if you dont think you need the defog

ive fixed the problem it was having the sensor disconnected which made it read -30c we disconnected it when installed the front mount and forgot to put it back on searched the spare parts and found it and stuck it on. no more hot air
