On my way to work this morning, I saw what I thought was a Cat running across the road, on closer inspection, I believe it wasn't a cat, it had a stocky build like a Tiger cub or Lion Cub, and had brown and orange type colouring.

Don't know what it was, maybe an inbred cat?
