Windsreen Wipers Broken

Hay all, my windscreen wipers decided to stop working on my 32 today and its raining...

a week ago they seized up but after a little push continued to work.

Today they seized up, then worked, then stopped working completely.

Do you reckon its wiring or the windscreen wiper motor? (where is that by the way?)

wiper motor is under the scuttle panel (where the wipers sit).

It might be that the nut securing the wiper arms to the motor has come undone.
