do ppl get defects for GT wings, btw ? i mean is it defectable ?

I know the cops gave the lame excuse like it would cut a pedestrian because

its sharp and all, but do they really defect ppl for having them on ? :uh-huh:

you can be defected for a GT wing if there is a sharp metal object that can possible harm someone protruding out of the car (ie carbon fibre ones should b sweet)

:bs!: cop will defect you just because its a wing and it stands out.. doesn't matter whether you think its "soft" or not.. I've heard of people being defected for carbon fibre wings, metal wings, etc. I think for a while cops specifically targetted them on cars, thats why you don't see many people with them on anymore - and plenty just with the mounting brackets where they used to be.

Anyhow, don't think they're a good idea because they're just a defect waiting to happen in Defectoria
