Yellow Fluid On Front Left Wheel/brakes

Hey guys woke up this morning and noticed that there was an oily fluid on the wheel a little on brake rotors and a fair bit on the caliper.

Is brake fluid able to leak from the brake caliper somehow?

I can't seem to find a leak in the brake lines at all?

The front shock is wrecked and leaking like mad could it be from this?

caliper/line etc could have a small leak but it sounds like its from your shocker. Clean the area up and pump the brakes a few time to see if its a brake issue.

Hmm, yellow fluid on the wheel. Does your neighbour own a dog by any chance?

Check the shock by bouncing the corner of the car up & down. If it is stuffed & leaking there is a good chance there isn't much in the way of damping left.

Ok cool so it could be just the shocks fluid. That's a bit of a relief but will definitely have to check it all out carefully before driving it again just wasn't too sure if what the fluid in the shocks would be like

Update: It is leaking a fair bit just sitting there and there isn't any drop in the brake fluid bottle in the engine bay so pretty sure it's the shock
