in another note i lol'd at - "Seat belts both left and right hand side front" last time i went the instructor got pulled hard around a corner and my seatbealt decided to detract and never come out again.. i should probably look into fixing that

You can buy them starting from $50 at most Motorcycle stores or off Ebay Aslong as it meets AS 1698 then its good

no its not. not allowed to use a AS1698 helmet at the drags, has to be AS/NZS1698. f**k knows why tho.

AS1698 is a pre-2006 standard. AS/NZS 1698 is a joint standard between Australia and New Zealand that was created in 2006. So I guess if you helmet only has the AS1698 sticker on it then it follows the older standard, hence why they want it to comply with the newer AS/NZS standard.
