hi, im looking at buying a r33 non turbo in vic. i need it for p plate legal. Pref 2door and it will need to be manual, looking to buy around 8500$ , less then 180kms....

This would be a bit out of your budget but you wouldnt have to change anything until your off your P-plates then you can turbo the car.
