Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get a workshop manual for a 98 GT-T

Owner's Manual (Official NISSAN one - in English)

It contains tables with all scheduled servicing > what has to be done & when.

It does exist; and it was part and parcel of each UKDM R34 sold in the England. Very rare here, and I'm keeping mine.

Workshop Manual

This is available from downloads as stated above. It details every part from the ground up obviously.
