Quick Question Regarding The Carcoal Canister

i was checking vac lines and i found that the vac line going from the throttle body to the carcoal canister was all cracked and may have had tiny splits so i replaced it, but my question is would that beclassed as a leak in the intake or wouldn't it really matter?

performance wise the charcoal canniseter is a moot point... it's only really useful when going to the epa

so if it was leaking then no it wouldn't do anything

Vacuum leak, unmetered air would be sucked into the engine, and a boost leak under boost conditions.

very good, i replaced the hose anyway! im replacin most old hose's as they are getting old and showing signs of cracking
