Drag Help: 18 Inch Rims Or Stockies On Rear?

hey guys,

im entering the drags tomorrow night and wanted to get your opinions on what tyres would be better on the rear.

I currently have WORK 18 inch rims which are 9 inch wide and have 235's streched tyres on the rims.

I have the option to put on some full tread 16 inch stockies (225') (Bob Jane cheapy tires though)

which would give me the best times?

most likely the stock wheels

tyres will play a big part. if the cheap tyres are hard and don't grip that well then the 18's will be better. if the 18's aren't that grippy either then the stock wheels with the pressure let down will be better.

Drop the PSI to like 15 or something and do a decent skid to get them hot & sticky before your run
