Explanation Mark Warning Light

hey all. on my dash there is an explanation mark indication light....i think it might be the hand brake light. :s it stays on all the time now, it use to come on every now and then. i thought it might be a indication that my rear pads are going :s if my car is smart enough to do that. (my rear pads are almost gone though) might even be the switch in the hand brake. anyone with a similar problem?

This topic is also a testament to the fact that you have a tendency to substitute the letter 'c' with the letter 'p'... and also 'n' for 'm' for that matter...

I hoce you fix your brakes uc before you rear-emd sone poor immopemt cersom!!

I really don't like this kind of teasing that goes on around here, it makes me not want to ask questions in case people think they're stupid! This isn't a business where you're all paid to answer questions, so what if it's already been asked?

Lol fair enough, I didn't appreciate the space-saving aspect. But there's always going to be the non-tech-savvy that need help...
