Different Stock Compressor Wheels?

After comments - on inspecting the compressor wheel on my old turbo vs my new one, I found that the new one has dual vanes while the old one has single? Both turbos are stock units?

yup i think their both stock.

ones a series 2 turbo and ones a series 1 turbo.

i think that the series 2 is the big fins and the series 1 is the double fins.

both of my bros have R33's and they each have one of thoes turbos as show in the pics.

Thanks for the info Cameron. The new turbo seems to go better so I'd say my S2 one was fairly shagged out..

I'm not suprised about that Cam the series 1 turbo's are better for power.
