yeah blowing a IC pipe sucks cause you normally think you've done damage till you realise check IC pipes and its a simple fix

has the happen to me to steve then i has a full intecooler blow out went down port wakefield rd for 20 mins with hell black smoke to get home was a bad day lol, got home and the back of my car was totally black

mine looks like that after a track day

i replaced my fuel pump and all to find one elbow had a small split in it which made the car surge on acceleration

Just a thought that might help. You said your seal has somehow moved within the tank. Is there anyway something (sealant for instance) maybe clogging your fuel filter? Just something to check if the obvious such as sparkplugs and coil packs do not fix the problem.

i ment i had a split on the intercooler elbow, and no nothing has clogged my filter coz i may or may not have put it back on......

IX are iridium plugs guys, don't go gapping them as the coating can quiet easily break off.
