i'd be interested to see this too. i've been doing a 2 hour commute to work on the freeway the past few weeks - RS4S - it is one of the hardest cars to maintain constant speed!

x2, in for subscription

got to drive from tas to the gold coast in a month and i'd love cruise control b4 then

looks interesting, its electronic too

some ppl said that vac operated ones won't work as well due to coming onto boost and the unit needing vac to keep the throttle open

Yeah I think electronic would be the go. Having said that, there are turbo cars that have vacuum setups. I know for sure that the 300zx tt had a vacuum setup. Keen to see how people with stags have built it into the dash.

i had a r31 skyline - it was an auto n/a from factory, i manualised it and turboed the RB30 - the vaccum controlled cruise control never missed a beat, it was as good as it ever was with the auto.

I think a DIY install is a bit risky - it's not the kind of device you'd want stuffing up on you because you wired it up or installed it incorrectly. I'm sure Chris Rogers will go into more detail in that regard when he sees this...

Anyway, CC is something I'd like to have done as well. I know Duncan has got it on his Stagea, and the thread is HERE
