Pumping Guards HOW..?

hey,

at the moment i have my rear guards roll out abit but i would like them 2 be somehow pump out (i like that look) widebody kit is just 2 much $$$$, and i dont like the flare kits as if i lower the car the wheels will hit the guards.

Anyone got anyidea how this can be done? could just a bodyshop do it 4 me?
