Newbie Question Please Help!

I brought a R34 GTT last month. The problem is everytime i put my foot down on the clutch it makes a metal grinding nosie. My importer told me thats normal because its a twin plate clutch. I want to know other peoples opinion.

I have taken it to 5 mechanics and 4 out of 5 said it needs to be changed and one said it was normal. I dont know what to believe now, can some one answer me. I believe people have most likely answered this already on the forum its just i cant find it.

do u know which twin plate is in there, as not all are noisy

My OS Giken twin plate rattled its head off, most twin plates are noisy.

But as said, not all of them are.

not sure to be honest i import about 2 months ago and i got it about a 2-3 weeks ago and like i said not sure i am complete newbie at this sorry people if i am bothering you

My advice would be take it to someone recommended for skyline work on these forums. Local mechanics may be great for the camry, magna or falcodore but it only takes one mistake to fk things up. It just happened to me, I'm never using a non-specialist again.
