R35 Gtr Aftermarket Seats

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to know where I could find some aftermarket (Bride/Recaro, etc) seats or more importantly the rails to fit a Nissan GTR Skyline R35.

Located in Melbourne as I need to trial fit for a customer to sit in.

you can get a seat base with slider / rail from JustJap for about $300AU

Be careful when you drill holes for the side mounts, you probably do not want to mount the side mounts square on the rails, as the whole base is slightly offset when bolted to the floor. ie/ if you mount it all square the seat will be offset to the steering wheel. See pic above, you can see how i have offset the side mounts, front to back.

I recently put a sparco V in the car ($450) just me being a tight arse again.. (and i wanted the weight out of the car) however interestingly this seat gave me the best support of any i have tried.
