Connecting Up Boost Solenoid

Hey guys,

I'm on the last stages of legalising my car and i finally received the boost solenoid in the mail today. But i'm mixed up with installing it. I've attached a photo of it, it is visible that the black cable has been cut but im not 100% sure what they have done. It is just loose and a blue cable has been connected to it with a grounding piece at the end. Also what do i need to connected the two pipes to?

I think it is cut so it runs in High boost all the time - I dont know, as I never did that mod with mine, I went the whole hog instead.

Don't worry, I'll make up for it soon enough once I pull my engine apart to diagnose the issue it now has.

plug in the plug... and ground the ground... if u want it to be fully stock... remove the stray cable trace it back and re connect it
