Stagea Rear Tie Rods

As per the title. I need new tie rods for the REAR steering rack and do not know what part number to tell the local auto shop.

Can anyone help?

Hmm.. what is the part at the end of the steering rack that turns the rear wheels?

You picked it. I am sure 55725 is what I am after. When car is jacked up off the ground, there is movement in the rear wheels back and forth.

So only the autech stagea has hicas eh?

Yep , in the series 1's only the 260rs had hicas. On the S2's the factory manual stagea's also had it. Are you sure the movement is in the rod ends and not play on the rack gear itself? Do both wheels move at the same time or can you rattle one around without the other one moving.

Almost certain it ain't in the steering rack. Can move one wheel at a time. At work for next two days, will check it out in more detail on Friday.

so are these the part numbers i need to quote to nissan, "55725" and "48521X"?? cos i need to replace both parts on mine.
