Thanks to scott bringing his 13 around the other night i've been inspired to get my 33 back on the road in the next week...she's basically complete...looking brand new again in complete standard form....just have a slight issue with my ECU

If anyone has a S2 R33 Standard Computer lying around that i could borrow for a couple of weeks to get through regency that would be greatly appreciated..ill come and pick it up...give you some beer or something for the troubles...

also.....how strict are they on child restrains these days? Car is in completely original condition with every nut/bolt/plug/hose/pipe where it should be...what are my chances of getting through? I've been out of the car scene for a little bit now gimme a break

i have a S1 ECU lying around if that helps

ill try get hold of a S2 one as i would imagine the ignitor pack difference may cause some issues..not sure tho i've never tried it.

yea ive had to spend a bit of money on it to get her back...brakes/tyres etc. Cant wait to drive it again.

yeah igniter pack is still handled in the same way i hear people talk about S1/2 ecu but don't really know what/if there is a difference

I've noticed they pay alot of attention to the underside of the car - most probably because theres a better chance at finding something like worn bushing to knock people back with if everything else in the engine bay is standard.

I should have child restraints somewhere here if you want a couple. I got 3. Just a matter of finding where i put them all.

Thanks Vu, yea i've gone over the whole lot replacing most of the bushes, tie rod ends, brake rotors, pads, tyres, exhaust...so hopefully everything is in check.
