strengthening in terms of what ? block has been rebuilt with decent forged internals. oil channels have been redrilled for size and correct angles for max flow purposes.....oil return / breather kit has not been installed yet - from what I've been told and read, not too sure on its effectiveness.

basic list from what I can remember includes oil pump, fuel pump, injectors, oil cooler kit, oil sump baffle, water pump, all belts, conrod & main bearings, clutch, fuel pressure reg, forged conrods and pistons with cooling channels, camshafts, fuel rail, crank and head stud kits, electric fans, oil catch can, intake plenum, manifold, wastegate, twin BOV's, intercooler, oil moval kit, radiator and heater piping, braided brake lines, front and rear mounts, air filter kit, pulley kit, harmonic dampener, gakset sets, cam baffle plates, haltech unit, EVC6, Endless discs and pads, ignition coil packs and the list goes on and on lol.......

Obviously I haven't mentioned the work done like balancing of crank, oil and water channels etc etc.......if anybody else has further suggestions, please share.......you guys have so much more experience at building these blocks, and I'd like to avoid expensive school fees through stupid mistakes.

Really nice build :)

But have u done any strengthening of the block? Also did u research the oil control issues and address them correctly?

Jez

Rb blocks have a tendency of cracking with high hp applications. Some builders grout fill the lower half of the block for circuit engines and full grout fill for drag as no cooling is necessary due to running methanol.
