Rb20 Vs Rb25 Series Ii Timing Belt

Where I live I can easily find a RB20DE timing belt however I wanted to confirm they're in fact both the same. Searching online I get two part numbers.

13028-20P25

13028-5L327

Is there in fact a difference between both?

Yes the exhaust manifold gasket is also interchangeable.
