HKS have a twin turbo kit for it as well as Power Enterprise Japan. Both come with practically everything you need including all the manifolds, piping, lines, injectors, intercooler etc to complete a bolt-on installation. The HKS kit I've seen also comes with an F-con V Pro (good luck getting that tuned down here though). Only thing you would need to add is possibly a stronger clutch, higher flowing fuel pump and a few other small bits and pieces.

Or you could keep it N/A still and do things like intake mods, cams, plenum spacer, lightweight pulleys, extractors and a good retune. Might make you around 190-200rwkw. If you want more power then go down the stroker route and install a Brian Crower or similiar 4.2-litre stroker kit (this kit is quite affordable now). I've heard of some cars in the states pulling as much as 250rwkw with a redline above 7400rpm with kits like this installed plus all the support mods. If I end up modding a V35 this would be the route I personally would go down.
