Its very easy to convert to LS1 coils. hardest part was making a decent bracket for them.

You can buy them from Vipec so call your vipec dealer, they have the internal ignitor like series 2 coils so no need for a ignitor box. (if you have one it must be removed)

How hard is it too wire ls1 coils in?

Chalk up 300 ZX igniter #2 in the bin. That's one RB26 and two 300ZX igniters fried. All of which died while effectively coasting to a stop / negotiating a T junction. Getting about 50km per igniter bar the RB26 one that lasted about 800 km. LS coils would be looking good if there weren't so many RBs running around reliably with a Vipec and the OEM coil, whatever is causing it is fairly ferocious.

Next step is to take one of the crispy critters apart to see of it's the same as everyone else's with a charred earth.
