Purchasing The Intercooler In The Topic

hey sau,

will be purchasing the HKS type-s intercooler kit for a 96' series II R33 gtst just after some advice or pointers on installation and making this as low down as possible if not as legal as i can possibly make it,

If you want to have as close to legal as possible you will want to go with a return flow cooler

also dont trim the reo, you can bend/bash it with a hammer but a cut one is not legal.

thankyou for your help have considered a return flow cooler kit but i hear very good feedback about these and just wanted to know the best way to go with this cooler kit im purchasing

I remember reading somewhere a guy had made a some reinforcement piece to go around the hole that needs to be cut for the intercooler piping apparently was able to get it engineered and everything so that's a possible but would be a massive hassle
