NRMA collected my vehicle after a theft and took months to investigate the claim before offering me a settlement.

Settlement was close to only $800 on my R32 GTST, alternatively I was given the kind opportunity to withdraw the claim and pick up the wrecked vehicle. However, I was liable for storage of over $2000 if I wished to do so.
