im new to this section, in fact this is my first time here, so forgive me if this idea has already been said

i think a chat room would be good for sau, you would lose a lot of the spam chat people such as myself do

we used to have a IRC channel back 6-7yrs ago.

issue now i can see is moderation of it.

least with posts we can control it.

Shit sometimes flew over the IRC channel that would go until a channel admin saw it ... that could be hours

ill raise it in the admin area and see

what would u need to moderate? spammers and mature items?

It would be advertising the SAU name. We'd need to moderate everything as we do on here. Last time it worked out to be too hard to police for the minimal advantages it brought.
