Rims, mags, wheels same thing

Could someone plz rekomend a place were i can buy good lookin 17's or 18's with tred for less than $2,000 fitted if its even possable

i got quoted $1,900 for some 17 inch VXR rodney jane racing rims (shadow chrome 5 spoke) with falkon tyres fitted at bob jane, does thins sound like a good deal?

i was thinking there has gotta b a cheeper place than bob jane.
