Hey forum what's up? I need a little help from you guys as I can't figure this out. I have a turbine housing that I got for cheap to put on my 35r. It is a genuine garrett housing or at least that is what I was told.

It has a 1.00ar and I thought 35r housings only came in .63, .82 or 1.06 that is what made me came here to find out about it. It came in a garrett box and has the same numbers off the box on the turbo as well. The numbers are 410401-0036.

I wanted to know if this will fit my turbo before I go through the trouble of taking it off and trying to put it on.

Does anybody know if the housing mentioned will bolt to a gt35r? The information I found on it is:

Part Number Description Model

410401-0036 TURBINE HSG DIV 1.00 "76" T04B

If no is there anything I can do to make it fit?

Won't straight fit, But can be profiled to suit your turbine wheel. Its should support 350rwkws on the GT35R but won't be responsive.

Have you got a .63 housing on your GT35R? Looks like getting the TO4 fitted to your turbo will be a step back. If you really want a bigger housing if you advertise you might find some one wanting to go to a .63

Damn that's what I was afraid of, thought it was a straight fit. What does profiling the housing cost and what do you call not responsive? Give me boost vs rpm. What would you suggest will be the most responsive split pulse housing to support around 350rwkw on a 25 with a gt35r?

To profile them we charge $150. Have to modify that housing to suit the BB bearing housing as as its made for a sleeve bearing core. Response its going to be like 20psi @ 4800RPMs mark.

If you want there is a small trick that we do to the OP6 .63 housings so they can flow heaps more. I think if I get that done you should be able to pump 330rwkws+ without losing any response. Cost less also.
