Would A 1998 R34 Key Have A Transponder In It?

hi all.

i misplaced my keys, and was wondering if the key has a transponder in it.

the car is a 1998 Nissan Skyline r34 GT-T 2 door coupe.

hey mate,

nah they dont, you can just get them cut at any key-cutting place, the black part where the buttons are only deal with central locking

only R34 GTR keys have transponders in them

I only received 1 key with the car, had another one cut at locksmith and it works.
