I had a look and there is no different address files for auto Vs man. So it's all hardware differences.

could you get a log of when it's warm?

You said "the flatspot is almost gone when warm" is this correct? If so it points further more to one of those Timing tables i mentioned earlier

But without knowing the address file like the back of my hand i don't know which one might be controlling the timing at that point.

Some notes on the nistune thread. Need more parameters logged to see everything that is happening, and times noted where you are noticiing the timing is running where it shouldn't. may be using warmup timing table
