Jerky Rear End, Hicas Trouble?

Hey

Just wondering if anyone here has had a similar problem to me, I was driving up to the Central Coast on Saturday via the F3, and I noticed that every now and then that the rear of the car would jerk to the side a little, it was like the HICAS was glitching, it happened about 4 times while on the freeway doing 100 from Hornsby to Central Coast Highway. Is it the HICAS playing up? or is it something else? I stopped on the freeway to check if the wheels were on tight, which they were, couldn't think of any other problem it may be other than the rear stearing could be playing up.

Car is a 96, Series 2 R33 GTR.

Any thoughts on this?

was it raining at the time?

if your hicus is out, aka crab walking, in the rain the ass can step out in slippery spots this used to happen to me

The other thing to note with HICAS - if it is crabbing - it turns off at approximately 110kph - which if it's misaligned can cause the rear end to kick out when it turns off...
