Dent Repair Suction Caps

some idiot kid decided to boot his soccer ball at my rear quarter panel, and its left a small dent (about the size of the base of a drinking glass)

there are these suction cap dent repair tools on the market somewhere, has anyone got one that i can borrow? if not, where can i buy them?
