lol yeah not sure why the website says frankston. But Hartnett drive is part of Seaford. I shop at MSY Clayton most the time or Centrecom Seaford which is right down the road from me.

Ive only ever been to MSY Clayton and Cheltenham, but i found Claytons staff has always been good. They even let me come in 5 mins before closing time and stayed open 20 mins past open hours to get my computer working again. Also every person i've seen argue with them seem to get a refund or replacement straight away to lol.

PCCaseGear for me most of the time.

MSY if i need bulk stuff though, prices are better (thats if i CBF'd driving to a store etc)

PCCG delivery times though and the fact they have heaps of stuff MSY simply doesn't = win for me.

i go to MSY cheltenham hell of alot. and they screwed me over so many times. I'd rather take an extra 20 mins to go to the malvern one where they are awsome.

just the other day i went to msy and i wanted to buy a case. i sent them an email because they dont bother answering there phones. there email said they will put one aside for me. i go to msy. 3rd in the que. this old man at the front of the line orders a case, i didnt see which one though. then the next man spent 15 mins explaining the parts he wanted, then i was infront of the que. i told him about the case. then he goes. i gave it to that old man before you.

Yeah the cheltenham ones crap only got 1 person serving most of the time. Clayton ones pretty good though. They answer the phone most of the time :). There usually really busy though and carparks always full and all other buildings have NO MSY PARKING signs everywere lol

MSY for me. The only reason I usually have to make myself a trip back there is because of my own stupidity (i.e buying the wrong part to fix a problem etc :)).

Other than that.. Umart for deliveries :)

Another vote for MSY here. They are usually the cheapest.

I bought/had a computer built by them at the Clayton store. I'm guessing I was very fortunate as I was served by an American fellow called Steve who was incredibly helpful. I know a fair bit about computers but Steve's advice and direction in designing a computer for my purpose was invaluable.

I was expecting little assistance from them in regard to choosing my set up. I thought it would be a matter of give them the build details and they build it but I was pleasantly surprised by the advice and input received.

The only thing is I believe that my experience may have been an exception rather than the rule as I have heard from others that the staff can be not overly helpful at times.

Anyway, I would suggest speaking to Steve at the Clayton store if you need a computer built as I am very happy with my purchase.

I go to Cnet Technology in Airport West which isn't too far from my place. The staff are friendly and they know their shiiit. Although they may not be the cheapest, their prices are still much cheaper than other mainstream stores like JB and they won't feed you bullsh!t when you're looking for a particular product.
