What is this button and what does it do?

Hey guys

Ive got this strange button which isnt documented in my jap owners manual, or my aussie (compliance) manual (or i cant find it)

I have no idea what it does, it looks like it came with the car originally.

It'll probably be something darn obvious, but i really have no idea

its for the antenna.. its either fully up or half way.. 2 options
