mate I gave you the answer.... do the number with the star sign between the first four digits (4367-help * 63 me) the star sign is the skull and cross bones

okay here is what I did

once I got the painting off the wall and took the money I rang the phone got a guy who said okay. I hung the phone up and looked at the money and drew on it with the pen, it puts a smiley face on it then I put the money in the little capsule and sent it in the tube, the capsule comes back with a key in it and I used it on the door and hey presto out the door you go.
