what's an 'auto shift kit' ?  is it one of those + and - thingy?

That is a squential gearbox, blagh I hate them, good for quarters, but daily driving, I got from 3rd to 5th and from 2nd to 4th a lot, cant do that in squential directly have to manually go through the gears..............

Increases the line pressure in the automatic by changing the valve body...  Means less slip on changes meaning more time getting power to the ground... Installed one on a V8 Soarer that is coming tomorrow night...  Found a supplier in SA who does them for around $400...
