all i can say is best to do it ur self, lancers alarm was installed pretty good at gold coast car sound, but put in easy spots to get at so i moved it all, mine in the mr2 is dodgy getting a new one, all works i just dont under stand this alarm hehe

yeah i think it will be heaps hard to install though coz it has the keyless start up and all that crap that is cool but you dont need.

Yeah I just want mine to be able to autoarm once the turbo timer stops, it autoarms if I dun use the timer, but as soon as i use the timer, the alarm doesnt autoarm

thats why it is best to use a professional to install it

stuiped mr2 dont even have a turbo timer :@ and a-hole before me took every mount bracket for speakers and tweeters :| had to fab heaps of crap up saturday morning

its a couple of relays to fix that cyrus i could have a look some time i guess

when my old timer died and I went to put the other new one, in it looked to be too much hassle, so I got the people who installed the immobiliser and alarm to also give me a quote on installing the new timer.... got a quote for $35.00.... ended up taking the dude 2 3/4 hours to get it all working together properly.

Glad I got the quote before he started doing it coz the labour would have been more than the timer itself.

And sooo glad I didn't try it myself, if it takes a professional almost three hours to work around all the other electronic crap in there, god knows how long it would have taken me

Well it came like that and apparently it was installed when the previous owner bought it from the car yard, and it was installed by the car yard he bought it off, so now just want to get it orking properly, but dun know how much it might cost, looking for help from our redident hero/all round good guy/knower of all things Skyline to help out

I would greatly appreciate it, as the timer is useless I still have to wait by the car until it stops then arm the alarm
