since I fitted the 3" dump pipe, when I go full throttle to the redline I get a pop/miss between about 5000rpm and 6000rpm, then it smoothes out and revs freely to the redline.

If I use half to 3/4 throttle it revs smoothly to redline without any problems.

Any idea what might be causing this and what I need to do to resolve?

i dont know, but a second hand GTR pump shouldn't go wrong either. But yeh changing my plugs ment i was lighting a leaner mix.... ie. fuel pump flow rate was going down little by little till it dies

Sure would... Won't give you any more power by itself... I've also heard the SAFC and Z32 AFM's don't work perfectly together... They are meant to, but don't...

Z32 AFM just has the ability to measure more airflow before reaching 5V...

PowerFC does not have exessive airflow cut BTW...
