silicone shouldn't strip the paint.. but wherever you put it on, it will rub and things with normal driving and wear the paint underneath. Don't think its avoidable.

Hence why my giant wing is never coming off, too expensive to fix whatever is underneath :-s

ok so if i go out and buy sickaflex and just use that to attach the wing it will be fine? I just spread it evenly under the wing and attach it to the car? and dont have to worry about screws?

If i decide to pull it off will it cause any damage to the paint?

I still have the 4 nuts that were on my standard wing but the bit they screw onto was permantely attached to the wing.......and this steath wing doesnt have any screws on it.

my stealth/drift wing has nuts embedded in it, and then the standard bolts go thro the holes in the boot from the standard wing and into the drift wing.

if that makes sense
