Was fun :) we did the mini mountain run from mur'bah to cabba beach then hopped back onto the highway back :)

Except for those drunk guys who wanted to fight, it was a great night, ASK JOHN and NICK about my circle work, forward and reverse, it was AwEsOmE!! :P

heaps of hot ones and stupidly discusting drunk ones, and ****s trying to ;pick fights, and animals, and mountains and open speed limits and me going stupid and speed cameras really hope that didnt get me but ah well, and burn outs and drift and and and more stuff im sure oh and flames and pops and bogans

Well bout nerang we caught up to this green festiva with a hottie in it and we had fun trying to get waves out of her and vi-ing for the positions beside her to get her attension, I got the most because nick kept tailgating her and john just did the whole, I AM MAN HEAR ME ROAR and then they had to bail at yatala to get juice, but followed her all the way up to springwood, where when i got off she flashed and waved and beeped :) she had a beautiful smile :)

wusup lads .. i decided to cut my trip down couth short and head back home ..

man i was firing up about those guys that were trying to start a fight .. i was about to crack the guy closest to me in the head .. btu i played it cool ebcause i didnt want anyone car getting ****ed up .. then as soon as we saw the r32, i decided to go bail and cool down for a second with ska.. and we walk up to the car and they guys were the 3 dodgist looking guys on this earth .. ohhh and hwo can i ****ing forget .. that little ****ing 16 year old trying to ****ing mug ska...

Thats then i decided, time to spin some shit and bail .. (suprised i kept my cool through it all)

then as i was leavign that ****in tool kicked my car

wooooossaaa

lol.. yeah, its bit different to drive, but at its heart a skyline so not too much different to mine.

Its series 2 so feels a bit different to drive and the noise it makes is slightly different and maybe a bit more modern feeling, but overall pretty much the same as driving mine.. Except he needs a definitely wheel alignment (or maybe its hicas as the light is permanently on) :)

He's got some nice rice with the Blitz SBC or whatever it is, lots of pretty grraphs to look at it. I think he's turned down the boost for me too :) as its only running ~8psi but i didn't want to fiddle with it.. hehe

    • I have an Elite 2500, honestly most of this has been a lot of smaller tasks chasing little details and a whole lot of life getting in the way of bigger projects. I don't mind too much looking at a spectrograph vs having audio knock ears.
    • Nah nah nah nah. Don't do it. It's not all about the full throttle power delivery. The main "street fun" and drivability gains from smaller rear (in this case) is how you will have boost available from a low rpm when yo just roll onto the throttle. Think jinking in and out of traffic, coming out of roundabouts, etc etc, where you just want to roll onto the throttle a little and have the spooly noise from ~2000rpm and a swell of torque. More of what you've already achieved by going to 2.5. And then, towards the tail end of 2025 you can pull the turbo 4 out and put in a V8 like we originally suggested. :P
    • Cheers for the info mate, I'm old too, 60 years old next May, so a more linear delivery of the 0.86 would be better as baking tyres and snapping heads isn't on the cards for me or the car I assume a more linear power delivery would be better for engine and drivetrain reliability as well, IRT the torque load at lower RPM???, as well as lower EGT's???, if my understanding of that is correct, have I got that right??? I've only got a really basic understanding of turbo sizing and all there characteristics  Cheers for the useful information
    • What kind of power delivery are you after? If it's nice and linear, the 0.86 would be better. If you're after bake tyres and head snaps on boost the 0.64 would be fun. I'm boring and old, so linear power is preferred. Lately I've been watching videos on Z06 Corvettes and super charged Mustangs....
    • I’d go the smaller rear just because you’re staying on 98, if e85 I’d go the bigger one
