Arp Rods

I'm just trying to find out if ARP actually make rods, or do they only make rod bolts.

i found an article on my car and its says it has ARP rods and bolts, but i cant seem to find rods on the arp website ??

arp just make fasteners, not engine components

As dunc said they don't make components.

Probably referring to the fact that it has ARP rod bolts, and they have stuck an "and" in there by mistake.

the article says... "The crankshaft was balanced and micro-polished and assembled together with ARP rods bolts and 8.6:1 compression Trust forged pistons."

So it would appear you have Trust Pistons...

yeah i know it has trust pistons, just trying to work out what rods?

no dont wanna sell it, only got it 6 months ago, and its in now getting an autronic sm4 installed and tune.

just wanted an idea of what was in the motor, and how strong it is.

though it has seen a few kays since that article, and it has been running shithouse since i got it, overfuelling, fouling plugs, and missfiring. hopefully hasnt damaged the engine.

But all fixed now with the new autronic.
