Under the sills, there is a lip, this lip has little notches at the front and back, these are the factory jacking points.

I usually use the forward rear subframe mounts, and the chassis rails either side of the bellhousing (just before they bend upwards).

You shouldn't use the chassis rails - they are not designed to carry any weight, and will collapse.

If you are talking about axle stands, then at the front you can place them under the lower control arms, at the rear place them under the rear crossmember mounting points.

or at the sway bar mounts, or at the front under the main subframe (not the front radiator support).

if for some reason you need to use the chassis rails, place something under there to spread the load like a metal bar about a foot long.
