Whirring Door Mirror

Car: R34 GT-T

G'Day guys, I have problem with my R34 LHS door mirror motor continuously whirring whenever the car's turned on / running / engine on.

Can someone please suggest what I need to do, I tried to undo the 3-4 screws at the bottom of the mirror support pod to access the bloody little bugger of a motor or whatever it is and see whats up. But one of the screws at teh end is inaccessible because the door panel is curved top to bottom as with all cars, and the I need some sorta tiny screwdriver or one like a ratchet (right angled) if there is such a thing..

Please help, its gettingtoo annoying..
