How Good Are Bendix Ultimates

When you buy a full set repco till end of the week

Works out to 180$ for a full set for my 33

Which i think is a good price..

are they good pads?

for that price it's worth it.

not a dedicated track pad, however fine for a street car

Performance wise for a street pad with some hard driving mixed in they are ok but I would heavily recommend against them since they are really bad for dust, eat rotors and in my experience always cause shudder issues when hot.

yeah I have noticed shudder issues now..and it doesnt take long to get them hot....

I've found them excellent for hard street and light track use. But as said above they are hard on rotors, and dusty like crazy.

not as effective and dearer than QFM HPX, also dustier. I had them on my VN and they were shocking for dust.

QFM's are the way to go, i run the A1RM's never had a problem with them and they last quite a while

Ok, that is a good price and good to know. I .didnt really need pads now anyway but no doubt i will at some stage, thought i might grab the bendix while cheap, but maybe not so cheap after all, I dont like the idea of rotor wear.....

For the same money there are much better pads available QFM HPX I haven't tried so I cant comment but I can highly recommend TRW Lucas pads and if you want to go one step further in terms of temperature range QFM A1RM's.

Ummm you can get sets of QFM pads of ebay for 120 a pair.

Bendix are ok. Using them on the track will make your car black with brake dust and they destroy your rotors....

I regret ever using them.
