I can only tell you it's on a maroon GTSt with an RB26DETT conversion.

I have both mags/articles in HPI but it's not this one (it might be at work).

Who would guess there are two maroon R33 GTSt w/ RB26 conversions in Australia both written up by HPI (#37 is one)

Clearly HPI is the Skyline enthusiast magazine.

Tony - one of those maroonies with the RB26 is prolly Peter (Da_Man) - his car has some serious power! (over 400kw at the treads if i remember correctly).
