LOL! These Nismo ECU sound like more fun. So are they plug 'n' play so to speak? Can you just swap it in replacing stock ECU? Or would one need to go to dyno?

Buying from ebay japan or monster import or something?

Yup,, plug and play. They can not be tuned.

Import monster is a good starting point.
