I am really impressed by my R33 but just seems to keep developing little problems.

The latest is as follows, Auto wont change, will change up as normal but sometimes just stays in 3rd. Only does it sometimes, 95% of the time it is perfectly fine. It has also taken to stalling as well.

I guess my question is as follows would it be possible for a vac line to cause intermitent faults like this?? If not WTF could it be??

def could be a vaccuum line, if you have a boost gauge should generally read about -20 at idle, you can check with car running a can degreaser or detergent spray all lines see if engine changes revs,

also the auto my 180 done that some years back, i topped up the trans an it went fine again. might pay to get trans flushed !
