32 Neo Rb25det Conversion Issues

Really need second opinion on my car, I had an rb20det in my 32, put a Neo rb25det in it out of a 34 but got a stagea loom that was spliced with rb20 loom as the person I bought it off had it in a 32 but with a stagea neo. Anyway I've got an rb25 ecu running it for now, apparently I need a whole new engine loom because the stagea isn't right for a 34 loom... and need a niztuned ecu...

Any ideas or other ways to go about it?? Bit lost and really getting over being told 100 different things.
