turbo insurance for 19y.o

i am almost 19 years old and looking to insure a 98' r34 gt-t, so far only just cars have given me a quote of $3,335 for full comprehensive cover, i was just wondering if anyone knows of any other insurance companies that would be willing to insure me, i have also tried young and cool but to no avail, any help would be fantastic, thanks

im a rating 6 as for my current car im a nominated driver, i just rang famous and they quoted around $4000

Yeh that's a good price. Initially got quoted $3500 for 23yo, no rating, in a 'secure' (if there is anymore) part of Sydney.

But I see your location is NZ - may want to check out SDU for some local recommendations?

im 18.5yrs old r33 GTs-t , No insurance history and im with Famous for $3600. Which i think is pretty good considering my age etc.

I was quoted $3200 for an R32 GTS-t (I made my age 17 to get a quote). Which is pretty damned good, as it included basic modifications.

check your insurance quote, you may find you wont be able to claim on it if you are breaking any laws whilst driving the car, if you drive the car in vic on your P's you are breaking law, under power to weight ratio therefore if you stack it you can't claim cos its illegal for you to drive the car in vic
